25 weeks...

Dear William,

Although its been a few weeks since I wrote to you, I have not forgotten about you for even a minute. You have become so active in my belly. I can now SEE you move. Its funny to watch my belly roll around. I can't wait until those movements happen in our arms. Daddy and I have finally finished your nursery!! I know you are going to just love it. Hopefully you enjoy elephants because there are quite a few around your new room. We had your 25 week appointment this week and Dr. Brown says you are doing great and growing just like you should be. I hope you continue growing big and strong. Daddy and I have been working out a lot more because we're going on a cruise in 2 weeks and your dad wants his 6-pack back and I just want to be healthy. Its not as hard working out when you're pregnant because I have to take it easy but I know you enjoy it. Were going to be an active family so we might as well get you the habit now. Oh, I almost forgot, we bought your carseat last weekend and I must say, it's SO cute! There was a big sale going on so we got a steal. Daddy and I are so excited to carry you around in it.

William Updates:
Size: A Rutabaga
Weight: 1.5 pounds
Length: 13.5 inches long
Development: You're starting to get some baby fat that will eventually turn in to cute rolls, you know the difference between up and down and you're growing more hair and the color is coming in. I can't wait to see what color it is.

Well, William, I love you so much. I can't wait until June!

22 weeks..

Dear William,

I can't believe how active you are getting. I dont think you liked that I was telling people you were a lazy baby so you've been making up for lost time. You sure love doing flips!! This week has been a busy one at work and at home.  Daddy and I had a fun Friday night with dinner and a little shopping. Then we went home to be with your cute cousin Gabe. He slept over in your room and then played all day Saturday with us. It was fun testing out some of your stuff on him :) He loved your jogging stroller and I know you will too.

Then this morning I gave my first lesson in relief society. Boy was I nervous.  I think it went pretty well and I think our next lesson with be much easier. Tonight we watched the Super Bowl together. You were going crazy in my tummy!! I think you're going to love watching sports with your daddy. Speaking of daddy, he finally felt you kick! Only once but it was a big one! You made him so happy. Try a little harder this week to let him feel you daily.

William updates:
Size: Spaghetti Squash
Weight: 1 pound
Length: 11 inches
Development: Taste Buds are forming,
you can tell light from dark,
and your grasp is getting stronger.

We love you so much and are so grateful that you're ours!!! Keep growing and getting stronger.

I love you!

21 weeks...

Dear William,

You make mommy SO happy bud! Last night while laying in bed you did a flip in my belly! I must have had my hand in the perfect spot! I finally felt you move! Then you did it again and again today! I love feeling your little body roll around in my growing belly. I love you more everyday!

We had your 3rd ultrasound on Tuesday and you were so funny! You were laying upside down with one hand in your mouth, both feet by your head and the other hand grabbing your toes. You sure didn't want to roll around much for the radiologist. She said it was a good thing we already knew you were a boy because you weren't in the mood to show off. I think you were just too comfy in the very bottom of my belly to move anywhere! I hope you're that cuddly when you come out because I'll cuddle you all you want!

--Your profile shot--

--Your cute little fist and your other hand holding your toes--

--Your tiny foot (that was above your head)--
It looks like you're going to have some bendy toes

You're now 21 weeks!! The length of a banana.

Its pretty crazy how quickly you're growing, my little man. This week we narrowed down the stroller and carseat we want for you. It'll be perfect for our days at the park, outings to the mall, and the many trips and daily walks around the neighborhood!
I can't wait to order it.
 I love you!

20 weeks...

Dear William,

We tried and tried all year in 2011 to become pregnant with you. For some reason things were just not working. So the doctor decided to give momma some special pills that would help me have a baby. But before we could go on the pills we had to wait one month and have a test. So on October 4, 2011 momma went into the doctors to have a test. I was really excited to go on the pills in hopes of having a baby. After 3 days and not hearing back from the doctor I decided to call his nurse myself, afterall I couldn't get on the pills until they gave me the go ahead. Anyways the nurse wasn't very helpful at first, she didn't know why I was calling. She said the test looks normal and I could make an appointment for 8 weeks.  I was confused and asked what that meant. Well come to find out, she was telling me I was pregnant with you, my little man.
Daddy and I were shocked but so excited. You are our little miracle baby.

We had our first ultrasound on November 15. We thought we were 7-8 weeks along but found out we were actually 10.5 weeks along. We discovered you are due to arrive June 8, 2012.

We had our second ultrasound on December 15 and found out that you are a BOY!!!
Your daddy was thrilled as was I once the shock wore off. You see William, I was sure that you were a girl. I did my research online and everything was adding up to you being a girl. To be honest I am so glad I am having a boy first though. I know you and I will be best buddies.
As you can see you are already the cutest baby I've ever seen!!
I am so ready to hold you in my arms and kiss that cute button nose of yours.

Daddy and I have been working very hard the past few weeks turning his office into your new bedroom. I must say it is coming along just perfectly. We have your crib, dresser, glider and a few accessories in place. I know you will love your new room. I have also been researching strollers and car seats like crazy this week. I want only the best for my little man. It is so hard not to spoil you with everything, but daddy keeps me in check or I'd spend everything I make on amazingly expensive goods for you. I have made a few splurges this week.

Your First Pair of Toms!
(I know it'll be awhile before you wear them but I couldn't resist)
You're First Skinny Jeans!
(I couldn't find a front picture but they're adorable)

Now, to give you the details about YOU this week.
You are now 20 weeks along. That means We're half way done!!
William, you're the size of a small cantelope! Almost 11 oz.

William my one request for this next week, Let me feel you move!! It's about time that I feel you jumping around inside this growing belly of mine. I'm jealous of all those mom's out there that feel their baby kick at 17 weeks. Lets get a move on this and join their club.
I love you more each day.
Love, Momma
